Welcome to NPC Haydon Bridge and Allendale
NPC Haydon Bridge and Allendale is a Northumbria Primary Care practice. We offer GP services to patients in Haydon Bridge, Allendale and the surrounding areas. A number of healthcare professionals can see patients. This includes practice nurses, physiotherapists, and paramedics.

NPC is a research-active primary care organisation. We may contact you about research projects. If you do not wish to take part in research or be contacted about these opportunities, please let us know. We will note that you do not want to be contacted.

The average pay for GPs working at NPC Ponteland in the last financial year was £58,285.58. This number is before tax and national insurance.
This is for 9 part-time GPs.

We are a Veteran Friendly practice. This means that we have a dedicated clinician with specialist knowledge of military-related health conditions and veteran-specific health services. This is as part of the health commitments of the Armed Forces Covenant.

Teaching practice
We are a teaching practice. This is a valuable process to the development of future generations of doctors. They are directly supervised by a senior/lead GP with every patient contact. Therefore, from time to time, it may be necessary for several clinicians, including medical students, to be part of the team that delivers your care. You will be asked for consent before each interaction.
