Northumbria Primary Care offers an out-of-hours service for our patients. This service is available 6.30pm – 8.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Saturdays. The service rotates around different Northumbria Primary Care surgeries, so please confirm the location of your appointment with the reception team when you speak to them.
If you are calling to book an appointment with the enhanced access service or have an enquiry about this service, please call the practice on the usual phone number during our regular hours. If your call is urgent, please call 111, or 999 in an emergency.
If you need medical help fast but it’s not an emergency, call 111. If it’s a life-threatening emergency, call 999.
NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast, but it’s not a life-threatening emergency. Calls to 111 are FREE from landlines and mobiles and is available 24/7, every day of the year.
