Types of appointments
If you need help today (on the day appointments)
We offer appointments for patients who need to be seen the same day. This might be if you have a new or quickly worsening problem that can’t wait and can be managed by your GP practice.
If you don’t need help today (routine appointments)
If your condition is not urgent and you don’t need to be seen today, you can still request an appointment.
Home visits
We encourage patients to come to the surgery whenever possible, as this is where we have the best equipment and facilities. However, we understand that attending in person is not always possible.
If you need a home visit, please contact the practice before 10.00am. Your request will be considered based on your circumstances and medical needs.
Evening and weekend appointments
We offer evening and weekend appointment on a scheduled basis. To see the up-to-date schedule, visit your practice’s home page.
We also offer appointments at NPC Northumbria Way (Cramlington, NE23 6NZ) on a Saturday from 9am to 5pm for all NPC patients. You can book a Saturday appointment by contacting your practice.
