As you are aware, your practice’s name recently changed. This happened when Valens Medical Partnership joined Northumbria Primary Care.

As a valued patient, we want to make sure that know what your practice is now called. We want to avoid confusion.

Your practice was called Lintonville Medical Group. It is now called NPC Lintonville.

There may be times when you see the contractual name for your practice. The contractual name is changing from Valens Medical Partnership to NPC Central Northumberland. Please note this is not your GP surgery name. It is only used for administrative purposes.
