As you are aware, last year your GP practice’s name changed. This happened when your practice merged with other practices in North Tyneside.

As a valued patient, we want to make sure that know what your practice is now called. We want to avoid confusion.

Your practice was called 49 Marine Avenue Surgery. This then changed to NPC 49 Marine Avenue. Since the practice merged with others in April, it is now called NPC North Tyneside – 49 Marine Avenue.

At times you may see the contractual name for your practice. This is NPC North Tyneside. Please note that this is only used for administrative purposes, since the merger.
